Rica Peralejo has recently given her supporters a sneak peek into a day in her life.
On Friday, April 23, KAMI learned that the celebrity mom posted about her workout on social media and how it has helped her.
"Daily I wake up at 7:30, have my coffee, read, exercise. I started the 30-day-program of @adrienelouise on YouTube, and wow, that has helped me a lot in this very uncertain period in history," she wrote.

Rica added that it helps her to not feel helpless as well, "I find that when everything else is up in the air, you need to take a hold of that which you can control and do something with it, something predictable, reliable, consistent. It helps you not to feel completely helpless.
"It helps you see your choices despite the lack of it in this current reality. Of course, Jesus has always been my anchor, but I thought I’d share a practical way of getting through this time, when nothing seems to be sure."
Her post, however, prompted one netizen to ask how she can do yoga amid renunciation, "Hi, ask ko lang @ricaperalejo di ba ang yoga ay isa po sa mga nire-renounce during Victory weekend?
"Gusto ko rin kasi mag-yoga kaya lang yun nga ang inaalala ko. Isa yan sa mga ipina-renounce," they wrote.
This prompted Rica to clarify what her exercise is, "I actually told my husband that I think that needs updating because even as you quickly Google it now, makikita mo na may magkakaibang practice and you cannot lump it all in as one kind of yoga."
She then went on to explain that it is right to renounce if the yoga becomes spiritual or if a different God becomes involved.
"I think tama na mag-renounce if spiritual yung yoga na napasukan or nag-pray to a different God ganun. Hehe, gets ba?"
