Earlier, the Pinay comedienne received a demand letter from Kwaonhar Nine Nine Co. Ltd., the agency handling the career of Thai actor, stating that Kakai was "improperly exploiting the name, image and reputation of Mario Maurer."
Lolit then penned another lengthy post about the said issue. According to her, this controversy is like an “ice breaker” amid the ongoing pandemic.
“Sa gitna ng seryosong pandemic Salve, ice breaker iyon nangyari kay Kakai at Mario Maurer. Talagang tawang tawa ako dahil parang ngayon lang nangyari na meron lalaki na magagalit para sa pagiging 'feelingera' ng isang babae. Kaloka talaga! Ewan ko kung magandang PR move para sa image ni Mario Maurer, o talagang galit lang dahil isang Kakai Bautista lang ang nali link sa kanya. Kung ako si Kakai, palakihin ko pa ito, hah hah, mas advantage sa kanya. Eh ano ba kung itanggi ni Mario, so what? Puwede naman mangyari, babae si Kakai, malay mo ba, may magagawa ba sila pag ipilit niya na may nangyari nga ? At maganda ba para kay Mario ang itanggi ?”

Because of this, Lolit came up with a humorous idea of romantically linking herself to South Korean stars Jo In Sung and Nam Joo Hyuk.
“Funny talaga iyon issue hah hah. Nabigyan ako ng idea, ipagkakalat ko rin na nag one night stand kami ni Jo InSung at hinahabol habol ako ni Nam Joo Hyuk hah hah, panindigan ko iyan, kahit bigyan ako demand letter ng Korea, ilalaban ko. Fighting !! Ganyan gawin mo Kakai, fight lang , hayaan mo maloka si Mario.”
