Jennylyn Mercado went scuba diving at a resort in Batangas when she experienced having cramps.
There was danger considering that she was already underwater when it happened.

It was a good thing though that her instructor, Marlon Austria, was with her and he immediately helped relieve her cramps.
When Jen was finally out of danger, she posted her underwater photos on her Instagram account and was even able to joke about it.
"Tried underwater Muay Thai at last! Joke lang. Thank you Marlon Austria for helping me relieve my cramps!" said Jen.
