Julia Barretto has been in the limelight since she was six years old and has faced a lot of bashers who would also be making judgments about her.
During a talk with BJ Pascual, the known celebrity photographer, Juls admitted that she was "crucified," when it comes to bashers.

The 24-year-old actress however stated that as she matured, she has learned how to compartmentalize, which is why what people say, especially those who do not matter, do not get to her.
She only gets affected when it is the opinion of people close to her.
As to making "patol," she said that she is not the type to make "patol" and she believes in paying back the bad with the good.
"Whether you do something good or bad, people will always have something to say." She emphasized how even though one would be doing something nice, people will still say things.
Julia said that as she matured she really learned how to handle bashers better. She figured out that someone who would be saying bad things about her must be really going through something tough to feel that way, or that maybe the person is not okay.
What she always believes in is to repay the bad with something good.
She added that she does not want to judge because she also knows what it is like to be judged.
