On March 2, Ruru posted on Instagram a birthday greeting for his rumored girlfriend Bianca. According to the 23-year-old Kapuso actor, he would do everything to make the beautiful actress’s special day a good one.
What made the message sweeter was when he called Bianca his “grumpy unicorn”.
“For you, I will do anything to make sure your day is a good one. Happy birthday, My grumpy unicorn!”

Bianca also posted on her own social media account regarding her birthday. Her caption goes:
“content, happy and grateful... “
Ruru commented on the said post, and, this time, he called the actress "my-hal".
Without the need for any explanation, it seems that “my-hal” is Ruru’s endearment for Bianca. It appears to be a combination of the words “my” and “mahal”.

Ruru and Bianca have been rumored to be in a relationship for around two years already. However, until now, they have not directly confirmed the status of their relationship.
In November 2020, Ruru answered questions regarding their relationship on “The Boobay and Tekla Show”. The actor did not deny the special friendship that he and Bianca share. However, for him, it is not the right time to reveal much about their status.
"Siguro, masasabi ko yung relationship naming dalawa, isang bagay na espesyal sa akin.
"Hindi pa siguro napapanahon para i-share ko iyon. But it doesn't mean na hindi ako proud dun.
