In the forum, a student asked the Manila mayor whether he would run for president in the 2022 elections.

The 46-year-old mayor admitted that he is thinking, "pinag-iisipang mabuti" whether to run or not.

The Octa Research in National Capital Region revealed that the survey conducted between Dec. 9 to 13, 2020 showed that the Manila Mayor was leading.

Isko Moreno is a former Filipino actor who later on pursued a career in politics. Currently, he is the 27th mayor of Manila, the capital of the Philippines. He was also the vice mayor of the city in 2007, under Alfredo Lim, and then again in 2013 under Joseph Estrada.

Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso shared an important update one week after the launching of drive-thru COVID-19 testing in Manila City. He said that about 4,000 Filipinos underwent the testing as of July 23, 2020. Based on the results that were released, more than 650 Filipinos tested positive for the coronavirus disease. The Manila Mayor also shared that the local government needs at least P2 million a day to sustain its testing capacity.

In 2019, Mayor Isko Moreno was recently seen walking on a street in Manila to check the streetlights. It seemed that the politician was already testing the new project that he initiated in the city. Meanwhile, a stranger was able to easily approach and hug the mayor when he was walking. Many netizens were alarmed after seeing the gesture of the woman towards Mayor Isko.
