In his latest Instagram story, the basketball player held that social media apps should remove the comment section, as well as followers and likes count.

He stressed that because of those features, social media users tend to be insecure and depressed.

Kobe furthermore urged netizens to not take social media seriously.

Kobe Paras is a Filipino basketball player. He is the son of former basketball player Benjie Paras and actress Jackie Forster.

Previously, Jackie clapped back at a basher who had unsolicited comments about her son, Kobe. The said basher called the basketball player “feeling sikat” after the actress posted an Instagram photo showing. She then came to Kobe’s defense and reiterated her son’s hard work in order to bring pride to the Philippines.

In an earlier report by KAMI, Jackie's "September babies" Caleigh Simone and Kobe had a birthday celebration together in their home. She uploaded some cute and heartwarming family photos of the celebration on her social media account. She also thanked her husband and her son, Andre Paras for being able to save the setup for their outdoor birthday celebration.
