UK issues warning after patient falls ill from Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine

Two staff of the National Health Service in the UK suffered from severe allergic reactions after they received the approved Pfizer coronavirus vaccine.
The reaction was called an anaphylactoid reaction, and it was fortunate enough that both also recovered when they received the treatment, said CNN.
Due to what transpired with the two UK NHS staff, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) issued precautionary advice against the administration of the vaccine on those who had significant allergic reactions either from a vaccine, food, or medicines, Rappler stated.

Stephen Evans, a professor of pharmacoepidemiology at London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine assured the public that it does not mean that they would have to be anxious about receiving the vaccine, NY Post reported.
