Pia Ignacio, the daughter of former OWWA Deputy Administrator Arnell Ignacio, took to Facebook and posted a message directed against G Tongi, and to others who would hit those who are bald.

She said that it is "mean" to generalize bald men as "mahina ang ulo."

"This is the second time this week someone targeted DA Arnell Ign about his hair. Forget the differences in opinion if artists should dig deep into current affairs, but to generalize men suffering with hair loss or baldness as ‘mahinang ulo’ is just MEAN."

Arnell's daughter also said that her father is fine discussing his baldness and even said that they would always take the time to discuss the issues of those who visit their clinic, Creative Hair Systems.

The issue that involved G Tongi started when Arnell Ignacio made a controversial post. In the said post, he tagged celebs as "mahina ang ulo" and also used the word "katangahan."

This came after Angelica Panganiban tweeted, asking about the plan during typhoon Rolly. She also asked if officials will just sleep.
