- Angelica Panganiban took to Twitter and took a swipe at officials who were sleeping amid the typhoon

- She was asking what the plan was and if they would just be sleeping

- Thereafter she suggested that they would move for the promise that they made to the Filipinos

- During the initial briefing on typhoon Rolly, many social media users were asking why Pres. Rodrigo Duterte was not present in the said meeting

Angelica Panganiban took to Twitter and criticized officials for the response amid the onslaught of typhoon Rolly.

She asked what the plan was including if they would just be sleeping. She then added to keep their promise to the country and to Filipinos.

"Ano ng plano? Tulog na lang? Kilos kilos naman para sa sinumpaan para sa bayan at mga Pilipino..."

It can be recalled that the hashtag #NasaanAngPangulo trended on Twitter after the President was not seen during Typhoon Rolly's briefing.

Typhoon Rolly was already categorized as a super typhoon. This was the announcement of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA). After its fourth landfall in Batangas, it is now in the West Philippine Sea.

Typhoon Rolly was deemed as the strongest typhoon in 2020. Previously, what was deemed as the strongest typhoon that hit the country was Typhoon Yolanda. It had a wind strength of 215 kph and had a gustiness of 250 kph.

Typhoon Rolly has caused huge damage to the Philippines. Nevertheless, donations poured in for those who were affected.
