Gina Alajar says Sofia Pablo’s character in “Prima Donnas” will not totally vanish

Gina Alajar recently made a clarification about the hit afternoon series she is directing, “Prima Donnas”.
In a recent vlog by Aiko Melendez, the veteran actress and director took the chance to explain their plans for Sofia Pablo’s character in the program.
“I want to take this opportunity also to clarify things lang kasi maraming [nagtatanong] about Sofia, kung bakit hindi na natin siya kasama.”
“Well, the decision para mawala si Sofia sa show is not ours kasi kung kami ang masusunod, ayaw namin because Sofia is part of the show and we all love her."
“But then, mayroong mga kailangan kaming sundin na rules from DOLE na 14 years old and below cannot work outside from home.”

Sofia, who is only 14 years old and has to comply with DOLE’s guidelines on labor participation of a child below 15 years of age in the implementation of community quarantine.
GMA Entertainment Group earlier announced with a heavy heart that the young actress will no longer be part of the hit Kapuso afternoon series’ upcoming fresh episodes.
Gina then revealed that they also considered the suggestion of some viewers if they could still hear the voice of Donna Lyn or Len Len, Sofia's character, even via a telephone call.
"Naisip po namin 'yan. Bakit po hindi? Kaya lang it's part of working also."
“Nagkaroon po kami ng malaking malaking discussion talaga at malaking problema kung paano namin maso-solve but at the end of the day po, kailangan namin sumunod sa DOLE kaya po nawala na si Len.”
Pero hindi siya nawala totally. Nawala lang siya physically but she's being talked about,” she clarified.
“'Yung pangalan niya ay laging nababanggit sa show, hindi po namin siya pinatay. She's just somewhere."

Sofia Beatrice Hijazi Pablo or Sofia Pablo, born April 10, 2006, is a Kapuso teen star and endorser. She plays the role of Donna Lyn or Len Len in "Prima Donnas", the youngest of the three Donnas.
She recently shared with KAMI her initial reaction after finding out that she will no longer be part of “Prima Donnas". The lovely teen star furthermore aired her message to her fans who were also saddened by the news.
