Liza Soberano has recently expressed her frustrations over the slow Internet spend and poor customer service of Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

KAMI learned that after Liza’s complaint, another Internet service provider, PLDT, went to their house.

In a tweet, Liza shared that PLDT connected her to a better connection with 300 Mbps Internet speed.

“Okay so @pldt came to my house yesterday and hooked me up with the best internet I have ever experienced in my whole 5 years of living in this house. 300 MBPS,” she said.

“What a lifesaver. Lag? I don’t know her,” she added.

In an Instagram story, Liza shared that she had her online class and meetings without experiencing any lag because of her new Internet connection.
