‘It’s Showtime’ accused of cheating after trending mishap on ‘Piling Lucky’ segment

The noontime show entitled “It’s Showtime” is now the talk of the town on social media because of what happened during its recent episode.
KAMI learned that a serious controversy embroiled the variety program’s supposedly fun segment called “Piling Lucky.”
It all began when the contestant on the final round was not able to get the jackpot prize and the “negosyo” package after choosing a wrong painting.
It has been a routine on the said noontime show to reveal where the jackpot prizes are located for the sake of transparency.

However, the hosts had a really hard time finding the painting that has the words “negosyo package” written inside the frame.
Vice Ganda and his co-hosts allotted several minutes to check all paintings but they were not able to find what they were looking for.
Seemed rattled and confused, the comedian suddenly stated that he does not want to get involved in the issue and that it was the fault of ABS-CBN Audit.
He also mentioned that the Kapamilya network will issue a statement regarding the mishap since many people would consider it as a form of “cheating.”
“Mamaya po ipapaliwanag nila sa inyo. Sa ngayon ay magpo-pause muna tayo,” Vice quipped.
“Anong gagawin natin? So magkita-kita tayo sa Kongreso. Syempre kailangan i-explain nila yan,” he jokingly added.
