Matteo Guidicelli shared via Instagram story on Saturda that he figured in an accident. His worried fans expressed their concern and wished the actor a swift recovery.
He wrote, "I'll be out for a while. Injured myself yesterday during a training session. Slipped disc."
Without saying what he was training for, Guidicelli said he is currently suffering from a slipped disc.

A slipped disc or A herniated disk refers to a problem with one of the rubbery cushions (discs) that sit between the individual bones (vertebrae) that stack to make your spine as defined by Mayo clinic.
The actor is known for having a very active lifestyle. He does sports like swimming, dirt biking, karting, basketball, biking, running, Polo and triathlon.
