MC Calaquian admits past conflict with Vice Ganda due to Boracay vacation issue

Vice Ganda and comedian MC Calaquian, who appears on “It’s Showtime” from time to time, are known to be good friends.
KAMI learned that MC revealed in a recent interview that he and Vice got into a misunderstanding years ago.
According to MC’s interview on the ABS-CBN morning talk show “Magandang Buhay,” Vice got hurt when he declined his invitation to go with him to Boracay.
For this reason, Vice snubbed him for several months even though they worked at the same comedy bar. Fortunately, Vice eventually forgave him and their friendship resumed.
"Nag-aya kasi siya na mag-Boracay kami. E may kaibigan akong isa na kaibigan din niya na nag-aya ng Boracay din, pero [mas maagang plano].
"Pag-uwi ko, nagtampo siya, kasi feeling niya baka hindi na ako sumama ng Boracay. E hindi niya alam na pwede naman kasi magkahiwalay naman na buwan. So yung maliit na bagay na 'yon pinagka tampuhan namin.
"Yung anim na buwan na 'yon magkasama pa kami sa trabaho. Magkasama [pa] kami sa stage na parang walang nangyari. Pero pagbaba ng stage hindi na niya ako pinapansin.
"Nagkasama kami sa isang raket, December 'yon. Nagulat ako pagdating ko sa event na 'yon, andun din siya.
"Tapos sinabi niya kay Lacy, 'Marami akong ibibigay sayong raket. Hindi ko bibigyan si MC' pero maya-maya bigla niya akong niyakap. Sabi niya, 'na-miss kita,'" MC said, as quoted by PUSH.
