In an article by The Daily Mail, as shared by the PhilSTAR Life, he is now 40 years old and, for the first time in his life, has met his two half-sisters.
According to the same report, back in 1984, Scarlett-Phillips was left by his biological mother in the toilet of a leisure center car park.
By chance, three teenage girls who were walking by discovered him and immediately called for an ambulance.

He grew up with emotional struggles and a deep sense of emptiness.
Encouraged by his wife, he eventually searched for his biological family and discovered the truth behind his abandonment through the help of an ancestry website and the show 'Long Lost Family.'
He reunited with his birth father and met his two half-sisters, who welcomed him warmly with an emotional letter and expressed their excitement about becoming part of his life.
Although their mother couldn’t meet him due to emotional and physical struggles, Scarlett-Phillips shared that he feels complete and no longer holds resentment, saying, “I’m a happy man.”
