His family confirmed the heartbreaking news in a statement shared on social media on Tuesday. The announcement, posted by his sister Francesca Ford on Instagram, described Chase’s passing as “his own decision to enter Heaven.”
“Chase was a talented artist with boundless creativity,” the statement read. “He was a beacon of light with a magnetic personality and zest for life that touched everyone he encountered, both in person and online.”
