Binuksan ni dating kongresista Elizaldy Co ang kaniyang panig noong Biyernes at sinabi niyang ginawa siyang panakip-butas sa flood control scandal.

Kuwento niya, umalis siya ng bansa noong Hulyo para sa medical checkup at balak sana niyang umuwi matapos ang SONA ng Pangulo.

Ayon kay Co, tumawag daw noon si Speaker Martin Romualdez at sinabi sa kaniyang huwag munang bumalik at aalagaan daw siya ayon sa utos ng Pangulo.

Sumunod umano siya at nanahimik, pero hindi raw niya alam na gagamitin pala siya sa kampanya kontra korapsyon. Aniya, ginawa siyang poster boy ng kanilang kasinungalingan.

Nagtaka si Co kung bakit sinasabi ng Pangulo na hindi niya makilala ang badyet, gayong lahat ng dagdag at bawas na ginagawa sa ahensya ay humihingi raw ng approval kay Pangandaman.
