Sen. Robin Padilla’s vehicle was involved in an accident in the Netherlands, he revealed on Friday evening, March 21, Philippine time.

Padilla shared details about the minor accident in his recent Facebook post.
He showed the scene in his livestream and penned a caption where he thanked God because he and his companions were safe.
“Maraming salamat po Ya Allah sa pagligtas ninyo po sa amin sa isang tiyak na kapahamakan,” the actor-turned-politician wrote.

He further shared some details about the minor accident.
“Hindi namin napansin. Isang kisapmata, binangga kami sa aming gilid,” he wrote.
“Naging steady lang si kapatıd na Dindo sa manibela. Hindi kami gumewang o tumama sa island kundi tataob kami,” Padilla further narrated.
The senator concluded his post with a note that reads, “Patawarin niyo po kami sa aming mga kasalanan.”

In his post, Padilla expressed relief over the successful operation and shared a heartfelt moment when Medialdea regained consciousness.
According to Padilla, the first words Medialdea uttered upon opening his eyes were, “Jas si Rody anong balita? Si Inday nagkita na ba sila ni Rody?”—referring to former President Rodrigo Duterte and his daughter, Vice President Sara Duterte.
Padilla reflected on the deep bond between Medialdea and Duterte, describing their friendship as stronger than a marriage vow.
