In his post, Arnold shared a catchy social media card. It contains a fictitious scientific name mocking those who aspire for public office but have no plans or political platforms.
"CACATUA MANGMANGUSAMUS," the fictitious scientific name reads.
The quote card also displays a fabricated definition, which is: "(Noun) scientific name ng mga kandidatong gustong manalo pero walang plano."
