Actress and fashion icon Heart Evangelista is proving her commitment to public service in her new role as President of the Senate Spouses Foundation Inc. (SSFI).

Evangelista, who assumed the position following her husband Senator Chiz Escudero's election as Senate President, has been actively engaging with various groups to forge meaningful partnerships.

She recently shared video clips showcasing her dedication and efforts in her new capacity. The clips highlight her meetings and collaborations with key figures and organizations, including PAGCOR chairman Al Tengcom aiming to uplift and improve the lives of Filipino citizens.

In a statement, Evangelista expressed her enthusiasm and sense of purpose in her new role.

"As SSFI President and representative, I have been going around looking for partnerships with thoughtful and committed groups and individuals who have the ability to uplift and make the lives of our people better. SSFI found a believer and a supporter in PAGCOR Chairman Al Tengco. It was a purposeful meeting. On to producing results next."

Heart Evangelista is a Filipina actress, singer, TV host, endorser, visual media artist, philanthropist, socialite, and the former first lady of Sorsogon province. She was born on February 14, 1985, to a Chinese-Filipino father, restaurant mogul Reynaldo Evangelista Ongpauco, and Bicolana Maria Cecilia del Gallego Payawal.

As previously reported by KAMI, Heart Evangelista was one supportive stepmother to Chesi Escudero. Just recently, one of Heart's fanpages, @heartevangelista.portal, uploaded the video to their page. In the viral video, Heart was spotted accompanying Chesi at an event they both attended. Needless to say, the two seemed to have had a grand time together at the event.

Meanwhile, Heart Evangelista delighted netizens on social media. Just recently, Heart posted a video of herself getting ready for the day. She then transformed into two OOTDs, which netizens praised on social media. Clad in an all-pink ensemble, netizens screamed "Elle Woods" in the comments section.
