Senator Robin Padilla has proven that he is a drug-free politician after voluntarily undergoing drug-testing.

The actor-turned-politician underwent the test at the headquarters of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Quezon City.

On Facebook, Padilla uploaded photos taken during his voluntary drug-testing, which showed that he is negative for illegal drugs.

Padilla made the news days ago after arguing against the proposal to make drug-testing mandatory for celebrities. According to Padilla, drug-testing for celebrities should be voluntary to avoid human rights violations.

Robin Padilla is a famous action star and endorser in the Philippines. He is married to actress-host Mariel Padilla. The actor has two children with Mariel – Isabella and Gabriela. He is also the father of actress Kylie Padilla, the wife of Aljur Abrenica. Robin ran for senator in the 2022 Election. He won the race and was number one in the amount of votes received among all candidates.
