Liezl Sicangco recently had a post about her former husband, Robin Padilla.

KAMI learned that on her Instagram account, Liezl shared the said post where she showed support for the action star’s bid for a Senate seat.

In the post, the mom of Kylie Padilla posted a photo of her holding a tarpaulin with Robin’s face printed on it and promoting his senatorial bid in 2022 polls in May.

In the caption, Liezl called Robin “her senator”.

Robinhood Ferdinand Cariño Padilla, better known as Robin Padilla, is a Filipino actor, director, screenwriter, and producer. He was born on November 23, 1969 in Daet, Camarines Norte to former Camarines Norte Vice-Governor and assemblyman Roy Padilla and Eva Cariño. Known as the “Bad Boy” of Pinoymovies for portraying gangster roles, he has played main character roles in the movies Bad Boy, Anak ni Baby Ama, and Grease Gun Gang. His three other siblings, BB Gandanghari, formerly known as Rustom, Rommel, and the late Royette, were all actors as well.

Robin took to social media to express his gratitude for the support of fellow action star Ronnie Rickets for his candidacy as senator. He said that Ronnie has always been there to support him beginning with his first movie up to his present political aspirations. Binoe then said that Ronnie’s support strengthened his spirit and resolve in his current undertaking. Robin and Ronnie have appeared together in past action movies.

Recently, another well-known Internet personality endorsed the candidacy of Robin Padilla. Famous vlogger, Jam Magno, declared her support for Binoe and expressed confidence in his capacity to fulfill the duties of a senator. Magno said she wished Robin’s victory in the elections and also said that she wanted to meet him in person.
