Authorities have launched an investigation after 13 pet dogs were found dead in a residential yard in San Miguel, Iloilo, with initial suspicions pointing to possible poisoning.

According to a report aired on GMA Regional TV’s GTV News Balitanghali on Monday, the dogs were discovered lying lifeless near food that appeared to have been tampered with.
Beside them was cooked rice mixed with a blue-colored substance, which has yet to be identified.
The dogs’ owner believes the unusual mixture may have been used to poison the animals. The family expressed concern over the presence of the unidentified blue material, suspecting it to be toxic.
