Pharmacist Jim Soriano recalls the moment.
I.D. niya,” said Soriano.

Labrador needed antibiotics and painkillers for his wife Jessica, who had been injured in an accident. The couple could not afford the medicine immediately, prompting the unusual arrangement. Soriano also prepared additional vitamins and maintenance medication to ease the couple’s burden.
“Good for 7 days kasi ‘yung antibiotic. Good for 2 days lang ‘yung kinuha niya.
The story quickly captured the attention of netizens. Many reached out to Soriano to provide further assistance, sending groceries, money, and other essentials to the couple. When Labrador returned the following day, Jessica was with him. Soriano revealed the outpouring of support from the online community.
The incident occurred on February 14, highlighting Labrador’s devotion to his wife. Soriano was moved by the husband’s gesture, knowing how important driving is to him.
This simple act of love and the kindness of strangers became a heartwarming viral story in Cavite, showcasing compassion during challenging times.
