According to a report by GMA Regional TV One North Central Luzon, the accident happened as the motorcycle was traversing the stretch of the national highway.

Preliminary investigations by the local police indicate that the rider was traveling at a significant speed when he inadvertently collided with the 65-year-old victim, who was attempting to cross the road at that fatal moment.

The impact was reportedly devastating. Witnesses and first responders described a harrowing scene where the sheer force of the collision inflicted catastrophic injuries on both individuals.

The rider was thrown from his motorcycle, while the elderly pedestrian suffered severe trauma from the direct hit.
