Another Mega Lotto winner came from Cubao, Quezon City. A ticket placed in the area hit the P84 million jackpot in the November 26 draw. Winning numbers for that draw were 29 22 25 37 41 34.

Many lotto players continue to hope for their own chance at a big win as jackpots rise in different draws.

Winning as a solo bettor in Lotto in the Philippines is rare, but it still happens once in a while.

Lotto games have millions of possible number combinations, so the chance of hitting the exact winning set is very low. In games like Ultra Lotto 6/58, there are more than 40 million possible combinations, which is why jackpots often grow for a long time before someone wins.

A solo winner appears only when no other player picks the same numbers.

Many people choose personal numbers or common patterns, so duplicate bets can happen. When only one person matches all the numbers, that bettor becomes the solo winner.

Because of the huge number of combinations and the large number of players across the country, solo wins remain uncommon but still possible.
