A commotion inside a fast food restaurant in Naic, Cavite quickly spread online after a woman was caught on video slapping both a staff member and a fellow customer.

Moments later, a rider and several employees tried to intervene. Their attempt to calm her down only angered her further, leading her to slap a female crew member.
Another female customer approached in an effort to de-escalate the situation.
The woman turned her frustration toward the customer and slapped her as well. The customer immediately slapped her back.
Toward the end of the video, the woman attempted to leave the establishment, but staff and customers moved to block her path.
Barangay officials later confirmed that two fast food employees were harmed, along with one customer. The woman, however, managed to flee the scene by boarding a bus outside the restaurant.
Kagawad Estee Hernandez of Barangay Timalan Balsahan shared how the incident began.
“Ang ginawa ng babae, mag-oorder ng pagkain tapos wala siyang dalang pera,” says Hernandez.
“Ang gagawin niyang pambayad ay ang bagong selpon niya.”
Hernandez also explained the crew’s reaction.
“Parang ang dating ng crew sa kanya ay wala siyang pambayad,” he says.
“Pero sabi niya ay brand new na selpon ang iiwanan niya.”
The situation escalated when the woman allegedly issued threats.
