A one-way traffic scheme will be implemented around the cemeteries to manage the flow of people and vehicles during the observance of Undas.

Mayor Dan Guinto advised residents to prioritize their health and avoid wading through dirty water. He warned that floodwaters may carry bacteria that can cause diseases.

Despite the flooding, authorities expect a large number of people to visit the cemeteries to pay their respects.
