A man was caught breaking into an apartment unit in Cordova, Cebu City.

Security footage showed him wearing a black shirt and a black bonnet as he entered the property.

He went straight to one of the rooms, but moments later, he was seen at the door of the building after the owner arrived.

The owner screamed, but she was forced to hand over her cash and jewelry when the suspect pointed a gun at her.

She threw her wallet and pieces of jewelry outside, resulting in the suspect jumping outside from the house's terrace to pick up the valuables.

Before the incident, a man was reported to be looking at their terrace, offering to deliver water.

Meanwhile, the child of the house's owner had a hunch that one of the guys delivering water to their house was the suspect because their dog seemed to know the intruder.

The police authorities already have 2 persons of interest, while investigations are still rolling.

Police authorities said the school has a security guard, but, being a familiar face in the school, the suspect managed to easily get in and out of the school. The suspect said he was there to talk to his wife and settle their misunderstanding, but unfortunately, it led to a big arguement.
