The rescue operation was carried out after law enforcement officials coordinated with school administrators, who had raised concerns about suspicious behavior among certain students.

According to investigators, the information suggested that minors were being manipulated by adults into performing sexual acts, prompting an immediate response from authorities.

According to the PNP Women and Children Protection Center, the victim post her photos online in order to entice customers.

"Kapag may kumagat doon, nag-uusap sila. And then, magme-meet sila sa isang mall. Pupunta sila sa hotel or motel. Na-exploit itong victims natin and then binabayaran sila ng P5,000 to P5,500 every transaction," PMaj. Shari Vanneza Deseo, PNP-WCPC Spokesperson stated.

Similar incidents have surfaced in recent months across the country. In September, a 15-year-old from Quezon City was rescued after being coerced into online sexual activities by an adult she met through social media. Earlier this year, authorities in Cebu also arrested two individuals for allegedly trafficking minors for online exploitation.

Officials remind parents and schools to remain vigilant and to immediately report any signs of grooming or exploitation.

“Protecting our children requires the cooperation of the community,” authorities emphasized, assuring that those responsible will face criminal charges.
