He was found in Barangay Blumentritt in the town of Murcia, Negros Occidental. Fortunately, the Bacolod Animal Chance & Hope (BACH) Project PH, a dedicated animal rescue group, came to his aid, providing the care and medical attention he desperately needed.

After a long and difficult recovery, TikTok defied the odds. He not only survived his traumatic ordeal but also thrived, even participating in a fun run last August alongside other animal cruelty survivors.

His journey from a victim of cruelty to a beacon of hope resonated with countless people, and his story was a powerful testament to the strength of the human-animal bond.

The BACH Project PH explained that TikTok had been temporarily staying with a volunteer to protect him from a distemper outbreak at their main animal shelter.

The volunteer, unfortunately, did not realize that TikTok had managed to get out of the house and run into the street, where the tragic accident occurred. TikTok was hit by a passing car and died instantly.
