A man is fighting for his life after he was shot in the face by his neighbor in Iloilo City.

According to reports, the victim was drinking with the suspect and the suspect’s brother when a taxi driver was confronted by the victim.

The suspect’s brother tried to calm the situation, but the victim turned his anger toward him.

According to the report, the victim left the area but later came back carrying a knife. The suspect saw the weapon and fired at him.

Meanwhile, the suspect and his brother immediately ran away after the shooting. Police are now searching for them and preparing charges.

Authorities said the victim was rushed to the hospital and remains in critical condition.

Reporters from GMA Regional TV tried to visit the victim’s family, but no one was found at their house.

Investigations are ongoing as police continue to track down the suspect and his brother.
