A three-year-old boy died after he was run over by a road grader in Buenavista, Guimaras.

He was riding a motorcycle with his father when the accident happened.

According to the report from GTV News Balitanghali on Thursday, the father and son were traveling along a road in Barangay Umilig when they stopped after seeing a road grader coming from the opposite direction.

Unfortunately, the father accidentally stepped on a coconut fruit on the road.

This made him lose his balance, and the motorcycle fell to the ground.

At that moment, the road grader passed by and ran over the boy.
