One of four suspects involved in the robbery of a convenience store in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, was arrested following a hot pursuit operation, authorities confirmed.

The incident occurred past 10 p.m. on June 26, when the suspects entered the store and declared a holdup while pointing a gun at the employees.
The victims were then forcibly taken to the back of the store.
Surveillance footage captured the suspects' aggressive behavior, including one suspect kicking an employee.

Police identified this particular assailant, who was later arrested. The Sto. Tomas Police, led by PLtCol Marlon Cabataña, Chief of Police, used backtracking and a review of CCTV footage to track down the perpetrators.
Cabataña stated that the group fled and relaxed in Candelaria, Quezon after the robbery.
He added that the group had also planned to strike another convenience store but backed out due to heightened police presence in the area.
The Philippine National Police (PNP) noted that the suspects are believed to be part of a group responsible for a recent string of robberies in the vicinity.
Authorities are continuing their investigation to locate the remaining suspects and prevent further criminal activity.
The arrested suspect is currently in police custody and facing charges related to armed robbery, with further charges expected as the investigation progresses.

At the hotel, CCTV showed the driver holding her arm, and the girl said: "hihingi po sana ako ng tulong kaso natatakot po ako sa kanya."
