According to a report by GMA Regional TV on Balitanghali Thursday, the accident occurred when a stray dog suddenly crossed the road, causing the motorcycle to lose balance and crash.
The 44-year-old rider sustained facial injuries, while his two passengers—both his nieces—suffered abrasions on their knees and arms.
All three were thrown off the motorcycle during the impact and were promptly given medical attention by local responders.
