The arrest, carried out by the Philippine National Police (PNP), has led to immediate action to safeguard the young victims.

Following the woman's arrest, her 3-year-old daughter was promptly taken into the custody of social services, as reported by Balitanghali of GMA News.

This swift intervention highlights the critical importance of protecting children from harmful environments.

Adding a somber note to the incident, the woman's parents did not intervene during the arrest.

Her mother was reportedly heard stating that her daughter was "hardheaded" and that the PNP should do what was best for her.

This reaction underscores the complex family dynamics surrounding such sensitive cases.

PBGen. Portia Manalad, Chief of the PNP Women and Children Protection Center, emphasized the immediate priority in such situations, highlighting the need "to remove other children who are in that environment, situation, or case from harm."

Her usual customers were foreigners, and that she would allegedly charge them not less than P2,000 depending on the kind of photos that she would "sell."
