His body was found by a local, Ramiro Regalado, who initially mistook the figure for discarded garbage.

Investigators believe the victim may have been killed elsewhere and his body dumped in Brgy. Alangilan, indicating a possible attempt to conceal the true location of the crime.

Authorities are considering various angles, including a potential connection to illegal dr&gs.

“We are coordinating with the family to better understand the victim’s background and uncover any motive behind the killing,” said Maj. Reklamado.

This incident adds to growing concerns over unresolved killings in Bacolod City, some of which have been linked to vigilante-style justice or illegal drug activities.
