A 26-year-old construction worker was arrested by the Northern Police District - District Special Operations Unit (NPD-DSOU).
The arrest warrant was served to the suspect in connection with his robbery case in Barangay 178, Camarin, Caloocan City.
According to investigations, as reported by James Agustin in '24 Oras,' the suspect and another accomplice unlawfully entered a house in the area in November 2024.
In the same report, it was stated that the house was unoccupied at the time because the owner was out of the country.

According to authorities, witnesses in the area discovered that the suspects had opened the house.
They stole cash, jewelry, flat-screen televisions, a washing machine, clothes, and expensive shoes.
According to the victim, the amount stolen from them was worth 1 million pesos.
However, the arrested suspect said he only sold items and that he had just gotten involved in the case.
He also apologized to the victim about the illegal entry and stealing inside the house.
Authorities said they'd continue investigating if the suspect was involved in other robbery cases. Additionally, according to their background investigation, the suspect had been involved before in illegal gambl!ng.
Meanwhile, the arrested suspect's accomplice is still at large.
