Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla confirmed that the vlogger, arrested in April, will not be deported.

“We will service his sentence, sinigurado ko po ‘yun (I will make sure of that),” Remulla said, emphasizing the government’s intent to hold Zdorovetskiy accountable.

Despite holding permanent residency in the U.S., Zdorovetskiy cannot be deported to either the United States or Russia.

“So hindi namin alam kung saan siya papauwiin eh,” Remulla added. (We do not know where to deport him.)

Zdorovetskiy reportedly wrote to Remulla pleading for the charges to be dropped, citing mental health concerns.

However, his appeal appears unlikely to sway authorities.

The charges stem from viral videos showing Zdorovetskiy harassing a security guard and pedestrians in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

The Bureau of Immigration later labeled him an “undesirable” foreign national.

Adding to the backlash, a Change.org petition accused the vlogger of verbally assaulting a Filipino surfing instructor in Boracay with “vulgar, s&xually degrading remarks” during a safety briefing.

Zdorovetskiy, known for his provocative content, now faces serious legal consequences in a country increasingly intolerant of offensive behavior by foreign nationals.
