A Grab delivery rider was stabbed in the back in Barangay Molino 2, Bacoor, Cavite.
The 30-year-old victim, known by the alias "Christian," was declared dead on the spot.
Barangay officials believe the victim may have been on his way home to Las Piñas after a delivery when the suspect stopped him and stabbed him in the back.
In an interview with TV5's 'Frontline Tonight,' Marlon Caleon, EX-O of Barangay Molino 2, said the incident was reported by a barangay tanod who lives near the crime scene.

However, they weren't sure if the Grab rider delivered something in the area. Added by Caleon, the suspect chased the victim and stabbed him.
According to the same report, it's possible that jealousy or personal anger towards the victim were the motives behind the crime.
It's because the Grab rider didn't lose any of his cash and his motorycle was stolen either.
"Sabi nga ho 'dun sa mga kasamahan na Grab, baka raw sa babae daw po. Siguro merong 'yung ano, tapos nagselos. Bale, sa likod po 'yung tama niya eh, tinakasan na lang," said Caleon.
Investigations and a man-hunt operation are still ongoing in pursuit of the suspect who's still at large.
