According to a report by Regional TV News on Balitanghali Thursday, the male victim suffered four stab wounds, while his wife remains in critical condition at the intensive care unit.
Police investigations revealed that the suspects forcibly entered the victims' home on Tuesday night.
The younger suspect was allegedly the one who carried out the stabbing, while the father reportedly restrained the couple during the attack.

Authorities suspect that the motive behind the violent assault was an old grudge between the two families—a claim confirmed by local barangay officials.
The elder suspect has already been apprehended and is now in police custody.
However, he refused to issue any statement regarding the incident.
A manhunt is currently underway for his son, who remains at large.
The father and son will face charges of frustrated murder, police confirmed.
