The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has issued a Show Cause Order against a vlogger known as Boy Kayak after he was seen riding a motorcycle on a national road in Aklan wearing only a brief and crop top, while performing a "Superman" pose during the ride.

According to a report from GMA Integrated Newsfeed, the LTO in Aklan was alerted to the vlogger’s apparent stunt, which took place on a busy public road.
The agency deemed his actions as reckless driving, potentially endangering other motorists.
Based on the LTO’s investigation, Boy Kayak was not even licensed to drive.

“It was discovered that you were never granted any driver’s license by this Agency, thus at the time of the incident... you were driving without a valid driver’s license,” the order stated.
The vlogger admitted the allegation, saying, “Wala. Wala akong lisensiya. 'Yung mga tao, gusto ko lang na sila'y mapasaya.”
He was fined ₱3,000 and may be permanently disqualified from acquiring a driver’s license in the future.
The LTO has given Boy Kayak five days to formally respond to the order. In his statement, the vlogger said he is ready to face the consequences and accepts the criticisms directed at him.
“Sana maintindihan nila na ginawa ko 'yun for entertainment purposes lang. Wala naman akong tinatapakang ibang tao.”
Previously, Boy Kayak had drawn criticism from his community for his choice of attire while vlogging in public spaces.

His wife shared that he insisted on voting despite the heat and early crowd, believing his vote still mattered. He was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
