A mass was held for baby Malia, the 4-year-old victim of the tragic NAIA Terminal 1 incident on May 4.
It can be remembered that Malia was one of the two casualties from the heartbreaking incident, the other one being a 29-year-old male victim.
Malia Kates Yuchen Gayeta Masongsong was the only child of her parents, Danmark and Cynthia Masongsong.
It’s also important to note that Malia was with her mother and other relatives that day to send off her father when the incident occurred.

Malia's remains are currently laid at Lipa City, Batangas.
Additionally, Malia's father is seeking justice for what had happened to his only child. In an interview with ABS-CBN News, he said he will never forgive the SUS driver who killed her daughter.
He also said what they want is for the suspect to rot in jail.
Danmark said, what he did was unforgiveable because his daughter was killed. Not only that because his wife and other family members were also hurt from the incident.

In a previous report by KAMI, Cynthia Masongsong, the mother of Malia Kates Yuchen Gayeta Masongsong, who died in the tragic NAIA Terminal 1 incident, already knew that her daughter had passed away. In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Malia's aunt, the sister of her father, Danmark Masongsong, said that the mother of the deceased girl has already been transferred to the recovery room. There, Danmark has already told Cynthia that their only child, Malia, had passed away from the tragic incident. According to Malia's aunt, allegedly, the victim's mother seemed to somehow know about it.
Additionally, the Overseas Filipino Worker, father of the 5-year-old girl victim in the NAIA Terminal 1 incident yesterday, has no longer proceeded to leave the country. In a report by GMA 7's 'Unang Balita,' he and other family members went to a Pasay funeral facility where the initial processing of the deceased victims was made. The OFW father of the girl victim personally took his daughter's remains and will be bringing them to Lipa City, Batangas.
