In a report by TV Patrol of ABS-CBN, the footage shows 47-year-old Leo Gonzales appearing visibly shaken in the moments following the tragic incident.
The video captured the driver momentarily unable to exit the black SUV after it violently rammed through the outer railing and into the walkway of the departure area on May 4.
When he eventually stepped out of the vehicle, he placed his hands on his knees and bent forward, seemingly overwhelmed and in distress.

The crash resulted in the deaths of two individuals — a male adult and a 5-year-old girl who had gone to the terminal to bid farewell to her father, an overseas Filipino worker (OFW).
The heartbreaking loss has triggered an outpouring of grief and anger across the country.
Initial reports suggest the driver panicked after another vehicle allegedly crossed his path.
In his panic, he reportedly stepped on the accelerator instead of the brake, causing the SUV to lurch forward.
Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon stated earlier that CCTV footage points to the crash being "unintentional." Gonzales remains in custody as authorities continue to investigate.
