Authorities have arrested Erwin Solis, 27, the suspect in the brutal killing of an 11-year-old girl in Davao De Oro. Solis, who is the live-in partner of the victim’s aunt, has confessed to the crime following his apprehension.

According to a report by Frontline, the child’s mother and Solis had an ongoing feud, primarily over disputes about garbage disposal.
