He was quickly transported to the Loeng Nok Tha Crown Prince Hospital, where doctors confirmed that he had suffered a heat stroke.
Fortunately, his condition has since stabilized. Medical professionals are continuing to monitor him, and he is expected to make a full recovery.
Tawee’s wife shared more about his condition, revealing, “My husband has always suffered from high blood pressure, for which he takes medic@tion. It was particularly hot that day, and the heat probably caused him to collapse. The doctor advised him to rest for another night, and he would be discharged on Friday.”
The incident occurred as Thailand continues to face dangerously high temperatures. The Thai Meteorological Department issued warnings, attributing the intense heat to a low-pressure system combined with southwesterly and southerly winds.
As climate conditions grow increasingly severe, authorities are urging citizens and workers—especially those in high-stress jobs like law enforcement—to take extra precautions during peak heat hours.
