A 77-year-old woman was believed to have been "exploited and abused" to criticize incumbent Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto.
On a Facebook page called 'The Journal Pasig,' the woman was filmed and asked several questions about her views on Mayor Vico's leadership.

The woman replied by saying "Ano po, sana po matulungan po kaming makabili ng bigas."
The man behind the camera then followed up by asking if they were receiving enough assistance from Mayor Sotto.
The 77-year-old woman, a PWD, according to her relatives, responded by saying she received nothing yet from the LGU of Pasig.
She then added that PWDs should have a monthly pension coming from the government.
"Masaya pa po ba kayo sa pamumuno ni mayor dito," asked the man.
"Ah parang ano lang po, naghihintay lang po ng ano, ng magandang mangyayari," the woman said.
Lastly, the man behind the camera asked the woman if she'd still vote the incumbent Pasig City Mayor, to which the woman said no, and would vote Mayor Vico's opponent, Sarah.
In an interview conducted by GMA 7's 'SAKSI,' the niece of the woman said her PWD aunt was taken advantage of.
"We will treat that as exploitation and abuse of the person with disability and if proven true, we will see to it that the Department takes the lead in filing appropriate charges against the people behind this allegation," DSWD said in a statement.
