It was there that she lost her balance and fell from an estimated height of 11 feet.

She landed on a section of a neighboring house, which was also undergoing construction.

Unfortunately, exposed steel bars in the area caused her to be pierced in the shoulder during the fall.

Emergency responders from the Bulacao Lifecare Emergency Team (Bullet), the Talisay City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO), and the Talisay City Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) rushed to the scene.

Using a hydraulic cutter, responders were able to carefully cut through the steel bar. After two tense hours, the victim was freed and quickly taken to a hospital for medical treatment.

The victim's family has chosen not to place blame on anyone. They believe the incident was a terrible but unintentional accident.

“Wala namang nais sisihin at papanagutin ang pamilya ng biktima dahil kumbinsido sila na aksidente lang ang nangyari,” the report stated.
