The victim was rushed to the hospital for immediate medical attention. However, the teacher was pronounced dead on arrival.

He sustained extreme injuries that caused his death.

In the Philippines, if a car driver gets into an accident with no other vehicles involved and dies, the driver is generally considered at fault, as they had full control of the vehicle.

Even though the driver has passed away, authorities may still investigate to determine the cause. If the accident caused damage to public property, the driver’s family or estate may be held responsible for repair costs.

If the car was owned by someone else, like a company, the owner could also be partly liable if poor maintenance is proven.

Overall, unless there’s clear evidence of an unavoidable cause, the driver is typically seen as responsible.
